This policy explains what personal information ARTWRK collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account details: name, email, password, profile photo, and for brands the company name and website.
Payment details: handled by Stripe. ARTWRK sees only the card brand, last four digits and payout status.
Content you create: messages, files, portfolio pieces, reviews, briefs and signed documents.
Shipping details for merch orders, shared with our print partner.
Device and usage data: app version, pages viewed, crash reports and approximate location from your IP address.

How we use it

To run the marketplace: projects, payments, payouts and shipping.
To keep people safe: fraud checks, detecting off-platform payment requests, and reviewing disputes and reports.
To send you account, order and project notifications you can control in settings.
To improve ARTWRK, using aggregated usage data.

Other users, as needed for a project. For example, a creator sees your name and brief.
Service providers: Stripe for payments, our print partner for merch, and hosting, email and analytics providers.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Messages and files

Messages and files in projects are stored so both sides have a record, and may be reviewed by ARTWRK during a dispute or safety report.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open. Payment and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires, usually 7 years. Signed documents are kept for the life of the project plus a retention period to decide.

Your choices and rights

Download a copy of your data from account settings.
Correct your profile at any time.
Delete your account. Some records are kept where the law requires.
Opt out of marketing emails with the link in any email.

Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights. Contact us to use them.

Age

ARTWRK is only for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we close accounts we learn belong to minors.

Security

We use encryption in transit, limited staff access and two-step sign-in options. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Cookies

The website uses cookies to keep you signed in, to remember your mature content choice if you are not signed in, and to measure usage. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
